Hello and Welcome
Skegness is an amazing town with many fantastic businesses across many sectors. Together the business community manage the highs and lows of the seasons, the weather and economic and political factors and still manage to keep our town buzzing with excitement and entertainment for our many residents and visitors. It is quite clear that whilst many seaside resorts are dealing with decline Skegness keeps offering something new.
Each year businesses together with the Town and District Councils and the Voluntary sector are improving old favourites and is getting even better at making Skegness a favoured holiday destination. None of this happens without a huge amount of effort from business men and women and their teams of hardworking and dedicated staff. It is to recognise this effort that the Skegness Business Awards was created.
This is the 3rd Skegness Business Awards. We are building on the huge success of years one and two and this website is another step in its evolution. The website will centralise all of the information to share with participants and anyone interested in the awards and will ensure that you can be kept up to date. It contains all you need to know about the entry process, categories and awards dinner and at the end of the process the 2017 winners photographs will be uploaded.
This year due to popular demand we are also offering some new awards and we are delighted to have a new main sponsor Hodgkinsons solicitors and new sponsors Stagecoach, Booker Wholesale and First College. We hope that you enjoy browsing the website and that you nominate businesses for the awards. We have made it is easy as possible to do; the hard task for us will be selecting a winner from among to best entries.
